Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "c333", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the c333 platform accessible at c333.ws.
• "Platform" means the c333 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services, games, betting markets, account management tools, and payment processing facilities.
• "Member", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered a c333 account or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Member on the Platform, through which the Member accesses games, places bets, and manages deposits and withdrawals.
• "BDT" or "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the sole operating currency of the c333 Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Member's account as part of a c333 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which the use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable local law.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and c333. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

c333 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

Eligibility

Use of the c333 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. c333 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game or betting market.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual and not on behalf of any commercial enterprise, syndicate, or organisation engaged in professional gambling activities.
• You are not a resident of, or currently located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of c333 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You have not previously been excluded from the c333 Platform or had an account closed by c333 for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

c333 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity from any Member at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the period specified by c333 may result in temporary suspension of the Account and restriction of withdrawal access until verification is completed.

Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Member is permitted to hold only one active Account on the c333 Platform. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. c333 operates automated detection systems to identify multiple accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, c333 reserves the right to merge or close the duplicate accounts and forfeit any Bonus Funds or winnings accrued through the duplicate account.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your c333 login credentials, including your username and password. c333 will never ask you to disclose your password by email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity carried out through your Account will be treated as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify c333 immediately by contacting [email protected].

4.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

c333 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with international anti-money-laundering standards. You may be required to submit copies of a government-issued photo identity document (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address, and evidence of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed to c333's satisfaction.

Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

c333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. c333 does not accept cash deposits or transfers from third-party accounts.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account at the time of the transaction. c333 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time and without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within one to five business days, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and any applicable security review. c333 will return funds to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. c333 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that it deems unusual in value or frequency.

5.4 Currency and Fees

All transactions on c333 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). c333 does not charge internal transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, bank, etc.) may apply their own fees. c333 accepts no responsibility for charges levied by third-party payment processors.

Bonuses and Promotions

c333 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published on the relevant offer page:

• Bonuses are available to Members who have completed KYC verification, unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Each promotion specifies a minimum qualifying deposit amount, a wagering requirement, a time limit for completion of the wagering requirement, eligible games, and a maximum withdrawal amount applicable to winnings derived from Bonus Funds.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Withdrawal requests made before completion of wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
• Bonus Funds cannot be transferred to another Member's account or exchanged for cash without completing the applicable wagering requirement.
• c333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited and in the process of being wagered shall be honoured under the terms in force at the time of crediting.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, collusion, and use of multiple accounts to claim a single promotion — will result in disqualification from the promotion and may result in account suspension.

Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets placed on c333 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market, as published in the c333 sportsbook rules section. Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international Test series — are governed by the rules of the International Cricket Council (ICC) and the relevant domestic cricket board. Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise affected by exceptional circumstances, c333's settlement rules as published at the time of the event shall apply.

7.2 Casino Games

All casino games available on the c333 Platform — including live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and table games — use certified random-number-generation (RNG) or live dealer mechanics supplied by licensed game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is published in the game's information panel. Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the game engine or live dealer.

7.3 Malfunction and Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or betting market — including software errors, disconnections, or incorrect odds display — c333 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the Members' accounts. Winnings resulting from a manifest error in odds or game configuration will not be paid and will be voided. c333 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Members of any such voidance as promptly as possible.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the c333 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access games, or interact with the Platform in any way not explicitly sanctioned by c333.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in arbitrage strategies or matched-betting techniques specifically designed to exploit bonus structures or guaranteed profit scenarios at c333's expense.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal purpose.
• Opening multiple accounts for any purpose, including to circumvent a self-exclusion, claim multiple bonuses, or evade account restrictions.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, location, or identity during KYC verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with the c333 Platform or any of the games provided on it.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing c333 staff, support agents, or other Members in any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the c333 Platform — including but not limited to the c333 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of c333 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any part of the c333 Platform without prior written consent from c333.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, c333 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

c333's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim or series of related claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

c333 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors or viruses, or that any defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Privacy and Data

c333 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

c333 applies SSL/TLS encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Personal data is not sold to third parties. Data is shared only with trusted payment processors, game providers, and KYC verification partners strictly as required to deliver the services described in these Terms & Conditions.

Responsible Gaming

c333 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to Members seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Members free of charge via the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit into your c333 Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen alerts at intervals you specify to help you keep track of the time you spend on the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications displaying the duration of your current session and your net gaming result during that session.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks) during which you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your c333 Account. Once a self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed. Any remaining balance at the time of self-exclusion will be refunded to your registered payment method after the applicable verification period.

Account Closure

13.1 Closure by Member

You may close your c333 Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and KYC verification. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirement at the time of closure will be forfeited.

13.2 Closure by c333

c333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time and without prior notice if c333 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account has been used in breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, c333 will conduct an investigation and communicate the outcome to the affected Member. Real-money balances will be returned to verified Members unless they are subject to ongoing fraud or money-laundering investigations.

Amendments to These Terms

c333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, c333 will notify registered Members by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. The revised Terms & Conditions take effect from the date of publication. Your continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which c333 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the Member and c333 shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral institution specified in c333's gaming licence.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm. Members acknowledge that online gambling may be regulated or restricted in Bangladesh and agree that it is their own responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws.
